There is always dry wood available, do not burn any garbage in the fireplace

We do not appreciate drinking parties

fireworks & outdour fire

The use of fireworks is not allowed, outdoor fire is allowed in the designated metal place in the garden. Always keep water nearby.

Cleaning Service

There is a cleaning service which comes after each rental service. In case you’d like additional cleaning while you’re staying at our house, this can be requested on your request. (additional fee)
Cleaning service is 150 leva

Towels & bed sheets

The house has it’s own bedsheets and towels for 10 people for a week. Each week the laundry can be picked up and delivered.
Laundry fee is 50 leva
There are 2 washing machines, only to be used for own laundry.

Inventory

The house has an inventory list containing all details about the household gear. In case items are missing, they will be deducted from the deposit fee

A deposit fee of 1000 leva (cash) will be requested upon receiving the keys of the house
the deposit fee is returned after inspection

Parking

There is parking space up to 4 cars on the premise, please do not use the garage to stall any car. This can only be used for bicycle or other toys for the kids. We kindly ask not to store any motor equiped tools.

GArbage

All garbage of the village is collected each friday, we kindly ask to remove all the garbage before handover the keys of the house. The dumpster can be found at the entrance of the property.
