Winter Borovets
A 20-minute drive will take you to the oldest ski resort in the Balkans (1896), where you will be able to go skiing. There are 70 km of ski slopes here, which makes it a good place for beginners to learn how to ski as well as more experienced skiers to enjoy themselves. The skiing season usually starts in December and lasts through April.

Feel the adrenaline of riding enduro bikes in the wild, an experience of a lifetime. A team of professionals are guiding you to drive through the most amazing trails in the forrest.
Hiking in Rila
There is a wide range of hiking trails in the area from the village to the mountains, and we documented some of them ourselves. But Seven Lakes is definitely a "must" do... The trails we documented can be found on the Wikiloc app.
Hot mineral springs
The area is known for its hot, pure mineral water, and several hotels offer hot mineral water pools nearby. It makes for a memorable experience, especially in the winter.

Sweat lodge
One of the oldest forms of ceremony on Earth. It has been used for thousands of years by Incas, Aztecs, American Indigenous (Indians) as a method for restoration of the human body and development of willpower and spirit, aligning the mind and emotions.
Rafting

E-bike MTB
You can explore the area via e-bikes, which you can rent from Borovets Sport for multiple days or per hour. Several mountain biking trails are available, as well as a professional downhill trail.
Quad adventure
During the summer months you can rent quadbikes to explore the area around Borovets which are also located in Borovets.
Iskar lake Beach
Aside from the fact that there are several beaches and restaurants overlooking the Iskar Lake, which is one of the largest artificial lakes in Bulgaria, waterskiing, jet skiing, sailing, or even just swimming are some of the water sports that may be done on the lake.
Adventure park
The natural adventure park is open to both children and adults during the summer. There is a minimum age requirement of 3 years old, but we are not sure what the maximum age is.
Wine tasting
History dates back 3000 years in Bulgaria, where it is the oldest place in the world to produce wine. We have documented the best wineries around. Most of these places offer special wine tasting events for groups.
Bulgarian Culture
The house has a comprehensive list of what to see around and is close to several cultural and old ruins. Rila monastery, is probably the best known, but there are many other interesting places around.
Bear Sanctuary Belitsa
A bear sanctuary which was founded by Brigitte Bardot to save the unfamous dancing bears. The resort is giving them a second chance and a longlife care.
